Project Awards
Hurd Construction Management won two tenant improvement build-outs for a national wellness brand.
Located in Jacksonville, FL, planning, design, and construction are underway for the 1,645 SF buildout. The total value of the project is over $160,000. Hurd Construction Management simultaneously began working on the Port Orange, site. This 1,645 SF buildout is estimated at over $200,000 project value. Both projects are expected to be completed in just eight weeks.
Project Completions
Located at 7060 103rd St., Jacksonville, FL 32210, Hurd Construction Management recently completed construction on the Glass Doctor’s new interior office space within their 4,800SF warehouse. The project’s total value is more than $101,000.
In addition, Hurd Construction Management wrapped up renovations and a remodel for a Pensacola wellness center. A total project value of $239,112, the project was finished in less than eight weeks.
Project Updates
Hurd Construction Management is more than halfway finished with updates and renovations to an existing 27,000 SF office for a large Jacksonville Distribution Company’s Headquarters. With a total project value of more than $223,000, improvements include new flooring, paint, trim, millwork, bathroom updates, window treatments and office furniture while occupied.
The project is estimated for completion in February.
