08 Oct Hurd Construction Retained for Construction Consulting for Proposed 15-acre RV Pad and Resort
Hurd Construction Management was recently retained to develop a construction budget and schedule for a proposed 15-acre development into a 119 pad RV park and resort. The vision calls for civil and new construction work including clearing, soil stabilization, grading, private roadways, water features, and a 10,000 SF single and multistory clubhouse and terrace with 7000 SF of recreational facilities including a hardscaped pool area, new tennis/basketball/pickle board/shuffleboard/petanque courts and a dog park.
Total value for the proposed project exceeds $5MM.
