The program is designed to increase efficiency and decrease direct construction costs by taking a holistic approach to their ever-changing development, including conducting feasibility analysis, aiding in site selection, construction planning, design reviews, budget development, and more.
Since aligning their strategic partnership, Brandon Hurd and his team have completed five build-outs at an average of 2,190 SF each in just eight weeks or less with more underway.
This is a 43% decrease in construction time compared to previous build-outs. Hurd Construction Management’s program has also been vital for reducing construction costs by 31% in just a year in a half.
In addition to the retail build-outs, the program efforts include a strategy for their client’s industrial distribution centers. To date, they have completed two warehouses with one more currently under construction.
The total value of each retail project exceeds $400,000 while the total project value for each warehouse is over $100,000.
Due to these impressive savings in time and cost, clients like this are quick to expand their businesses helping stimulate more economic development. The added revenues generated through local taxes paid are contributing greatly to the local and state economies.
