08 Jan Hurd Construction Management Awarded $240,000 Construction Contract for Coastal Casual’s new 9000 SF Retail Showroom
(St. Augustine, FL) Hurd Construction Management, a BHRS Company, was recently awarded a contract by Brixmor Property Group to serve as the prime contractor for construction to Coastal Casual’s new 9000 SF retail showroom.
Located at 400 CBL Dr. Suite 101, St Augustine, FL 32086, this interior modification and build-out includes installation of new mechanical units, new utility servicing, walls, floors, doors, ceiling, finishes and a complete reconfiguring of the existing loading dock.
Construction will commence January 7th with the total project estimated to be completed in 10 weeks. The total value of this project is $240,000.
