(Lake County, FL) Fabricon Modular, a BHRS Company, was recently awarded a contract with the City of Umatilla, Florida to provide new construction for an expansion to the Umatilla Community Center.
Located at 17107 Ball Park Rd. Umatilla, Fl 32784, the building will be approximately 1500 SF and will serve as an accessory structure to the community center.
Using off-site building methods in order to provide pre-fabricated, turn-key installation including all utilities, landscaping, sidewalks, ramps, and septic system requirements, the anticipated construction time is less than 60 days from groundbreaking.
The total value of this project is approximately $300,000.
